  This company is not taking advantage of anyone!! They explain your options to you in English and even in Spanish for us "illegals" too as mentioned below by bill do (or whatever the hell his name is) no one is obligated to buy, they inform you if your land will be in construction and for how long. So obviously if your land happens to be under construction the roads are not going to be in the best shape. Now, I can assure you once they have caught up to you and the roads are made its real nice and quiet. Me as a personal buyer from them I can assure you that it's not a crappy buy. You do with your land what you wish and as I mentioned above the pricing is reasonable. Obviously if you choose a low down payment 15-20 or more year plan you do end up paying way too much for a lot in this area. But if you pay a hefty down and choose a higher monthly payment to pay off in less than 10 yrs. The price you end up paying is not that unreasonable. What the heck does selling to "illegals" have anything to do with the company deserving a bad review is beyond me. They give a chance to hard workers who don't have a legal status and I don't see anything wrong with that. Who cares that illegals are the majority buyers, it just goes to show you that even though you don't have a legal status here you can still afford to own your own piece of land. Quit hating whoever you are! Life is too short to have so much hate against others. **update to post** Since this post was written I have given up owning my property here and the only reason for that is because of the high crime rise in the area. Everything I mentioned above I still back up 100% but after reading the blog for this colony and finding out about all the robberies that have been going on with not much resolution we just decided to give up our land. If u buy here that's great and congrats but just be aware that there is a lot of robberies going on and I believe only one unit that patrols the entire area. If it wasn't for that we would still be here but unfortunately we didn't see a point in staying here and putting money in our land only to find out we got robbed one day, no thx.

  Has beautiful services for family. You can lock in prices when on a contract. Property has an interest of 7.75% and services are 0 interest for 100 months. Call and talk to a family service counselor if you’re in need of a prearrangement (which is planning your funeral) where your family doesn’t have to at the time you pass. They have incredible employees and staff ready to help and make your life experience easier! I would recommend in calling and checking prices at all local funeral homes. You can never be over planned! They have a location in Humble, Porter, Atascocita, Pasadena area. Check in when you’re ready.
